Aging Sucks!

Last week I was complaining about pain in my joints, but it was in both big toes, both hips, and both pinkie fingers. I have actually had it for a very long time, but it was really flared up. I know it sounds strange, but it was just odd that it's on both sides. My Chiropractor asked if I had ever been checked for gout. When I called my doctor, she didn't think it sounded like that, but it did sound like Rheumatoid. I had been tested for that nearly 7 years ago, and it was negative, so I figured that was probably not it either. But today, she called to tell me that my tests all came back positive for Rheumatoid Arthritis. Well, why not!! Mom has this as well, but it's in remission. Mike's Mom has it too. This isn't what I wanted to hear. I know it could be worse, but everyone I know who has it, are miserable in pain. I really don't have time to be in pain all of the time. I am waiting on the specialist to call me with the appointment. Hopefully it will be soon.

Sydnee and Simon have a school musical program this Friday. I can't wait to go. They have been practicing like crazy every single day for over 6 weeks now. There are many songs they are singing. I hope to video it and then figure out how to put a clip online here. I really think they are going to have so much fun. I have been very anxiously waiting for it to come. They'll all wear jeans and a special t-shirt that they ordered just for this.
