Allergies

Today was a long day. Of course we didn't get home from Cinci until about 10:30 last night. So I was pooped when we got home. I caught up with emails and then had to be up and at the tire dealer by 8:00 AM. And it is located on Southside Drive. So during morning traffic I knew it would take longer.

Speaking of tires....if you ever need tires, oil changes, brakes, etc. We have a friend at Ken Towery on Southside Drive name Chad. He is the store manager and will give you a great deal! It would definitely be worth your while. I got a wonerful deal on brakes and rotors today. Just tell him the Koenigs sent you.

After getting the car things done, we went to the ENT again for Simon's allergy testing. We had to give him so melatonin so he would relax. They don't do the back scratches anymore. They do the injections in his arms. So 20 injection tests, 20 prick tests and 16 pricks on the other arm later, we found dust mites and cats were the main things. The doctor said if we have cats and he's allergic he wouldn't waste our time and money on doing allergy shots because they wouldn't work at all. That was nice of him to let us know so we wouldn't waste our efforts.

In this all, he explained Simon's upcoming surgery. He is having the Tympanoplasty surgery on April 10. You can click on the word above and see what it entails. It's quite interesting. All of a sudden Simon has started to worry about it. He told me he really didn't want to any surgery because he thought the gowns were for gifls. .

Then it was off to the eye doctor to see what they could do with my new glasses. They decided the frame just doesn't fit my big ole' head and they will make another pair with different ear pieces. I will get them tomorrow.
