Tonight Sydnee came out of her room with her Cabbage Patch doll (Helene Adell). This doll has sat on her shelf for several years now because she has no desire to play with dolls. Well, the next thing I know she sits the doll next to her while she is eating, talks to her and put her in bed for a nap. Not only a nap, but she emptied her little pack and play and put her in it. Now those of you who know Sydnee knows the last thing she has ever wanted to do was play with a doll. That has been a big thing because of course her friends all like dolls. Well tonight when she was going to bed, I heard her talking in her room and sure enough it was to Helene. She was tucking her in right next to her own bed. She wouldn't let me take a picture of her. So I snuck in after she was asleep and got one. She had also found a blanket while we were cleaning out the linen closet that we used when they were babies. I think she grabbed them all up. Maybe my little girl is going to be a girl after all. That is in addition to the tea party she was enjoying at the birthday party. Yeah!
