Today I had a luncheon that was very enjoyable. We ate at Tiffany's in Middletown. I was really pleased with the food. If you get a chance to go their for lunch, get their taco soup and chicken salad. Both were yummy.
Afterwards I was supposed to teach a class at the Bullitt Co Extension Office for scrapbookers. That didn't really take too long, so I drove out to my Grandmothers to get more photos to finish her heritage album. This is going to be a super book. Her birthday is June 27 and I am determined to get it done and ordered to have it for her for her birthday. I had all of her 7 children write a letter to her and then had the grandchildren write something to put in it. The letters will make you cry. This is going to be a wonderful book. I can't wait until it's done.
While I was gone today, Mike took the kids to the Waterfront downtown. They took their bikes and rode for miles. They were so excited when they got home, they couldn't stop talking about it. He said they probably rode 7-8 miles. Wow! That is a lot.
