Fourth of July Weekend

Here it is the holiday already. On Friday, Sydnee spent the day at Jenna's house and Simon went with Mike to the lake. So I was able to do chores a lot easier.

On Saturday, we planned to go to Mom's along with a couple of her friends. There is a neighbor behind Mom that does a large fireworks show every year. And since this year was on a Saturday we thought we would go. The kids were able to swim for a while and we all pitched in a dish. So it worked out well. After swimming all day and then staying up late, the kids were pooped! But they had fun. Mike and Simon came home early on Saturday because there were so many people at Gary's and space was getting thin. So they gave it up.
